Life Warranty: Ocean Waves Sunglasses are warranted against defects in materials and or workmanship for the lifetime of the sunglasses (one year for prescription sunglasses).

Ocean Waves will replace or repair, at our option, free of charge, any Ocean Waves sunglass proving defective after our receipt and inspection.

This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper or unreasonable use of product. Ocean Waves lenses are not warranted against scratching.

There are no other express or implied warranties other than those set forth above.

Ocean Waves sunglasses are very durable and resistant but not indestructible --high impact may pit, chip or scratch the lenses or break the frames. To prevent unexpected damage, we recommend wearing a cord.

Native eyewear:
Native Eyewear warrants that, if your Native sunglasses ever fail for any reason during standard use, we will repair or replace your sunglasses and incur all costs to ship them back to you within the United States. To make a claim, do NOT return your Natives to the store. Stores are NOT authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, return your sunglasses directly to Native, along with a completed Lifetime Warranty Claim Form, Proof Of Purchase and a $30 Processing Fee.
