In order to reduce our shipping costs we calculate each rate depending on the weight of the product(s) ordered, the destination being shipped to and the insurance cost of the order. To get a shipping estimate, please add the products to your cart and enter your country and zip code to calculate your rates.

We believe you have a right to receive any products you order in the condition advertised as promptly as possible.

Every order you place for an in-stock item by 3 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday will be shipped that day (same-day service is not guaranteed for Super Shpper). Orders placed after 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday may be shipped the same day, but will certainly go out by the following day. If you order after 3:00 on Friday or on a weekend, your in-stock item will be shipped the following Monday. A physical street address is required for all FedEx Super Shipper or Ground shipments.

All items are hand-packed and double-checked before they go out the door, and we ship worldwide with FedEx, so every item is fully insured. If you encounter a problem contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to make it right.

• All insurance charges will be added to the shipping price at a rate of 1% the cost of the product for example: Canon Image Stabilizer is $499, Insurance on this item will be $4.99, Ground shipping is $9.49, and the total charge will be $14.48.
